Get Down with your Dog!

Excited to announce I'll be teaching a YTU and Roll Model workshop, "Retrofit Your Downward Facing Dog" on July 25th The Birchwood Center in Nyack. We will be on the breaking the pose down and then re-constructing it after examining the directions of movement, major muscle groups and joints involved to create the pose.
